Sales Admin Modern Apprenticeship (Age 16-19)

Job Summary

Sixth Sense Training are delighted to be working with our client, a shipping specialist based in Glasgow South. Our client is seeking a sales admin modern apprentice to assist them in their busy office.

Duties will include:

-Outbound telesales

– Handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries

– Monitoring and responding to emails

– Providing outstanding customer service

-Using the company’s specialist CRM

-Using Microsoft Office packages

-Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

– Candidates must be friendly, well presented, confident and able speak politely on the phone

-Candidates must be willing to generate business

-Candidates must have Nat 5 or above Maths and English

Your training will start with a 6-12 months apprenticeship, which consists of learning on the job, as well as our custom built E-Learning platform. You will develop all the skills you need to pass your work-based assessments. Our assessors are available to provide one-to-one support and will work with your line manager to ensure you settle into your new role.

Mon-Fri 9am till 5pm

Wage: £3.70 per hour

***Please note all candidates must be 16-19 due to government apprenticeship funding and must be able to commute to Mount Florida every day. We welcome applicants from 16-29 if you are care experienced or a person with a disability***
