Office Admin Modern Apprenticeship (Age 16-19)

Sixth Sense Training are currently seeking ambitious candidates (16-19) to fill a Business Administration Apprenticeship we have located in Dunfermline. A great opportunity for successful the candidate to work while being trained in a Level 3 Business and Administration SVQ.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Dealing with customers on the phone
  • Managing diary and calendar systems
  • Handling paperwork
  • Using IT systems
  • Working as a team
  • Execution of social media strategy
  • Develop and promote the company brand internally and externally
  • Measure and report on marketing activities
  • Content management of company web-sites
  • Social media and digital communications execution

Key requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Friendly and willing to work as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence using own initiative
  • A collaborative approach to work and team focus
  • Ability to manage external partners, agencies and suppliers in executing marketing activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Skills required: Potential candidates must be willing to listen to instruction and follow them carefully. Candidates must provide evidence of their ability to take on new challenges and tasks when presented with them while also using initiative to work on their own if needed.
